This page provides information for graduate applicants about sending transcripts.
General Informaion
Please do NOT send your transcripts until you have submitted your application. Unsolicited transcripts and documents will not be processed and not retained by the university.
Once you have submitted your application, have ALL the colleges and universities that you have attended send us one official copy of your transcripts, certifications or degrees received. If you are still enrolled in a degree program, have a transcript sent now from that institution but be prepared to have another transcript sent once your degree is posted.

Other information
If any of your education was completed outside of the U.S., unless the transcript is in English, your official transcripts must be submitted in the native language and accompanied by a certified English translation. The translator must be certified by one of the following:
- Institute for International Education (IIE
- Amideast
- Saudi Arabian Education Mission
- United States embassy or consulate
All education completed outside of the U.S. must also be evaluated by an independent evaluation agency. We currently are utilizing AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) to perform the evaluation. The students must pay the cost of this evaluation.
