Cal Poly offers one campus tour and an admissions presentation weekdays (Monday -Friday), except for holidays when the campus is closed. Registration is required and can be completed through your VIP page. No VIP page? Click here to create a student VIP or parent VIP. Please meet at the information desk in the University Union at the appropriate time. For a list of campus holidays, please click here.
For all tours please wear appropriate walking shoes and a hat is suggested. Please plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the beginning of your tour due to parking.
Regular Campus Tour Schedule and Admissions Info Session
General campus tours
- 11:10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Campus walking tour
- 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - Admissions presentations for all Freshmen and Transfer prospective students. Check at the University Union Information Desk as to location.
Please note: Tours are led by current Cal Poly students and provide a general overview of the campus and a first-hand student perspective on campus and residential life. There are no tours offered on Saturdays or Sundays. Cal Poly does not make arrangements for individual or customized campus tours.

Orfalea College of Business |
The Orfalea College of Business offers guided tours Mondays and Fridays (except for campus holidays) during Spring Quarter, April 4 - May 27, 2011 beginning at 2:15pm. Additional tour are offered during April 18 - April 19, 2011 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning at 2:15 pm plus Mondays and Fridays beginning at 9am. Meet in the breezeway (lower level by elevators) of building 3.Please visit the college website for further details,www.cob.calpoly.edu. No reservations are necessary. Please Note: OCOB tours are not offered during finals, holidays, and quarter breaks. |
