Federal Work-Study (FWS) provides part-time job opportunities to students who have financial aid eligibility. FWS gives you a chance to earn money to help pay for your educational expenses and provides valuable work experience. Due to limited funding, you must file a FAFSA by the priority deadline, March 2, for Federal Work-Study consideration.
Federal and state budgets for the 2011-12 year are still being determined. Therefore, ALL state and federal aid award amounts are tentative pending final legislative action, including Federal Work-Study awards.
