Governor's Scholarship Program

Recipients of a Governor's Scholarship can link for information on claiming an award to use it for their Cal Poly education.

Withdraw funds by completing a Qualified Withdrawal Form . When completing the form, include the following:

Your account number:	(From your confirmation letter.)
Name of Eligible Educational Institution:	Cal Poly State University
Check should be made payable to:	Cal Poly State University
Checks should be mailed to:	Financial Aid Office Attn: Yvonne Ramos Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA 93407
Mail your completed withdrawal form to:	Golden State Scholarshare Trust P.O. Box 8227 Boston, MA 02266-8227

Funds arrive in the Financial Aid Office four to six weeks after the form has been mailed and are kept on account and applied towards tuition, unless other arrangements have been made.

Notification is sent via email advising students that their funds have been processed.
