Transfer
Credit Evaluations
After being
admitted students will automatically receive a transfer credit evaluation
and a copy will be sent to the student's permanent address. Once
admitted the same process applies for any additional transcripts,
however the copy is sent to the students local address. Evaluators
will only update the evaluation for graduation and thus students
are expected to update their evaluations quarterly.
Course Transfer
Equivalence
Students attending California Community Colleges or CSU who
are expecting to enroll at Cal Poly may refer to articulation
agreements (ASSIST) which equate individual courses to Cal Poly
major and support courses. ASSIST
also provides CSU General Education and IGETC certification lists.

These agreements
should also be available at the respective community college counseling
and/or advisement centers. They are available at Cal Poly in the
Library Reserve Room, in individual major department offices and
advisement centers.
