Evaluation
Instructions on when and how to request your graduation evaluation.
Degree Posting
Upon completion of the term you indicated as your 'degree completion
term', the Evaluations office will review your remaining degree
requirements . You will be notified as to the status of the evaluation
if the degree cannot be posted during the attempt. Please update
address information via my.calpoly.edu
to ensure proper delivery of correspondence.
Diplomas
You will receive a complementary diploma approximately two months
after your degree has been awarded. It will be mailed to your permanent
address unless you want it sent elsewhere. Please update your address
through my.calpoly.edu
if you have a change in your permanent mailing address. Additional
diplomas may be purchased through El
Corral Bookstore .
Diploma Name
Your
diploma name is specified on the Graduation Evaluation Request form.
If you would like to change the Diploma Name after your Graduation
Evaluation Request form has been turned in, send us a note with
your name, student ID # and signature specifying the New Diploma
Name.
